I recently had an opportunity to attend a gathering by Fleur McDonald when she came to SA, and hear some behind the scenes stories about her new book, The Prospect. It is a great cover, and yes, the title and her name is also raised on the front and on the spine, which is kind of nice. During the session, Fleur talked about her approach to writing, about the book, and a little about her writing journey. It was a great afternoon with lots of questions asked, and a reading from the book as well.
