Another little ditty
30/Oct/2008: I’m sure everyone is getting acclimatised to my 50 word subs – or numbed
– AntipodeanSF let me do another – Nuke is such a good guy! – and I’ve got “After FoxP2 Turned On” in Issue 125. It’s a bit of a change of topic, more of a DNA type story that my usual space or physics type piece.
It may well get lost in the noise – but oh well.
I’ve got a stack of larger pieces on the go, about 12 at the momnet and am sitting waiting patiently for news, one way or the other.
Bit the bullet the other day and ordered Issue #37 of the Andromeda Spaceways Inflight Magazine. It came REAL QUICK!! and it has several of my favourite authors in it – but more on a review on that soon. It’s a bumper fiction edition, and so far I’m loving every submission – great value guys at ASIM.
I am sad to see that it was Tehani Wesseley’s swansong, but she departs with a full on – got to be proud with – super bang issue. Go on, you know you want to – get yourself a copy now!
Site Update
25/Oct/2008: I am updating my site, so you will see some subtle changes, such as a new link to the Andromeda Spaceways Inflight Magazine (ASIM). I have also added some writing statistics so I can keep focused on my writing. There is a new Stories section in the right hand column of the main page. It contains one of my earlier stories entitled “The Sentinel”. Soon you will be able to read some more of my stories, and others from great Australian Writers and see the difference an Australian style brings.
